SUMMARY
The position is required to work with areas of manufacturing to help maintain a clean, safe and productive workplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned
- Keep all areas of the facility clean (including locker room, break areas, restrooms, and conference rooms) as designated by supervisors and staff.
- Manage trash and recycled materials for proper disposal.
- Utilize cleaning checklist to assure proper distribution of time and attention to tasks.
- Understanding of the appropriate safe and effective use of cleaning supplies.
- Maintain organization and inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Keep cleaning equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain and stock all towel and soap dispensers’ plant-wide.
- Demonstrate good judgement when exposed to confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience operating floor scrubbers and buffers preferred.
